Describe your ideal client.Get qualified leads — with the reasons.

The AI Lead Engine turns a plain-language request into a researched, verified and scored list of real businesses, explains why each one is worth contacting, and runs the outreach and follow-up from the same CRM.

Built for agencies, B2B service firms and sales teams that sell to businesses and are tired of buying stale lists or researching prospects by hand.

In one line

A lead list tells you who exists. The AI Lead Engine tells you who needs what you sell — and why, in writing.

The problem

Why the usual waystops working.

01

Bought lists go stale on arrival

Generic databases are months old, shared with every competitor, and say nothing about whether a business actually needs your service right now.

02

Manual research eats the best hours

Checking maps, websites, Instagram and Facebook one business at a time is slow, inconsistent, and the first thing that gets skipped on a busy week.

03

No one can say why a lead is a lead

Without a clear reason attached, outreach turns generic — the same pitch to everyone, and replies to match.

04

Follow-up lives in someone's memory

Leads live in a spreadsheet, emails in an inbox, reminders in someone's head. Good prospects go cold between the gaps.

How it works

From one sentenceto a booked meeting.

Six stages, one system. Scroll through each one.

  1. 01Describe who you wantType your request the way you'd brief a researcher — business type, location, what should or shouldn't be true about them — in the language your team actually works in.
  2. 02See the plan before it runsThe engine restates what it understood — the category, the area, the filters, where it will look — and waits for you to confirm. Nothing runs on a misunderstanding.
  3. 03Research across real sourcesIt searches public business listings, maps, social platforms, job boards and the open web — only the sources your request actually needs.
  4. 04Check what's really thereWebsites are visited and analysed, social profiles checked for recent activity, and contact details found and confidence-scored — never guessed.
  5. 05Score, explain, recommendEach business is scored for quality and digital presence, every opportunity is written up with its reason, and the right service to pitch is recommended.
  6. 06Run outreach from the CRMPersonalised email sequences, a shared inbox, follow-up reminders and meeting booking — with sequences stopping automatically the moment someone replies.
What you get

Everything between a briefand a signed client.

01 · Understanding

It understands the brief, not just keywords

Requests are turned into precise criteria — category, location, rating, reviews, website and social conditions. The engine separates what you require from what's merely interesting, so a detail you mentioned in passing never silently excludes good leads.

  • Plain-language requests in your own language
  • Required conditions filter; informational ones don't
  • Plan preview and confirmation before any search runs
  • Saved searches you can re-run whenever you like
02 · Discovery

Researched from sources that are actually current

Leads come from live public sources — business listings and maps, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn job posts and the open web — not a database someone compiled last year. Each business is recorded once, with a clear trail of where it came from.

  • Maps and business listings with rating, reviews and category
  • Social presence checked on Instagram and Facebook
  • Hiring signals from job posts for B2B targeting
  • Duplicates merged into one record, with full source history
03 · Verification

Every claim is checked — unknown stays unknown

The engine visits each website and records what it finds: is it reachable, secure, mobile-friendly, is there a booking option, a WhatsApp link, a clear call to action. If something couldn't be checked, it says so — a missing answer is never treated as a 'no'.

  • Website health and content analysis
  • Social activity: active, inactive, not found — or unknown
  • Contact details found from official sources
  • Confidence score on every email and phone number
04 · Qualification

Explainable scores and real opportunities

Each business receives a business-quality score and a digital-presence score, built from signals you can read. Opportunities are detected from real gaps — no website, an inactive page, no online booking — and each one comes with a written reason and a recommended service.

  • ?Instagram — not checked in this run (shown as unknown, not missing)
  • Two scores, every point traceable to a reason

  • An AI-written summary of why this business is worth contacting
05 · Outreach & CRM

From qualified lead to booked meeting

The same system is a full CRM: companies, contacts, leads, opportunities, tags, tasks and activity history. Outreach runs as personalised email sequences; replies land in a shared inbox, stop the sequence automatically and create a follow-up task.

  • Reply and bounce detection that stops sequences instantly

06 · Automation

Rules that keep the pipeline moving

Simple 'when this happens, do that' rules keep work flowing without anyone watching the board: tag a lead when it replies, create a task when a meeting is booked, notify an owner when a follow-up is due.

  • Event-based rules: tag, create task, notify, log activity
  • Follow-up reminders that never slip
  • A complete activity timeline per lead
  • Team workspaces with owners and assignments
What it checks

Every lead, examinedthe same careful way.

Each signal is recorded with its source. Anything that couldn't be checked is marked unknown — never counted against a business.

  • Follow-ups forgotten when the week gets busy
After — AI Lead Engine
  • Fresh leads researched to your exact brief
  • Websites, socials and contacts verified automatically
  • Every lead arrives with its reason and best-fit service
  • Discovery, CRM and outreach in one place
  • Sequences and reminders that run — and stop — on their own

FAQ

Questions weget asked.

A chatbot can suggest what a good lead might look like. It can't search live sources on demand, visit and analyse hundreds of websites, confirm social activity, deduplicate results, keep a scored record with reasons, and then run and track outreach with reply detection. The engine does the work — the AI is one part of it, not the whole thing.

Public business information — maps and business listings, public social pages, public job posts and the open web. Only public business data is used, and every lead keeps a record of exactly where it came from.

Never on discovery. Finding and qualifying leads is automatic; outreach only starts when you choose to enrol a lead in a sequence. Once a lead replies or books a meeting, its sequence stops by itself.

It's marked as unknown — not as a negative. If a social profile couldn't be checked, the engine won't claim the business has no social presence, and it won't build an opportunity on a guess.

Yes. The criteria, scoring signals and the services it recommends are configured around what you sell, so opportunities map directly to your offers.

Yes. Your leads, contacts, conversations and activity history belong to you — the same zero lock-in standard as everything we build.
